    Hello and welcome to our fellowship - Gospel Baptist Church, Mildura, Victoria, AUSTRALIA.  We're glad you've clicked onto our website. Feel free to browse our pages and please consider coming and visiting us.  We look forward to meeting you.  Our motto is "For the Love of Christ... " taken from 2 Corinthians 5:14.  The love that Jesus Christ has demonstrated to us when He went to the cross to die to pay the penalty for our sins, should be what motivates us to serve Him and each other, not only on Sundays, but every day.

  Gospel Baptist Church began in December, 2007, under the leadership of Pastor James Harvey.  We originally met at a classroom at MADEC, in Deakin Avenue (first picture).  Shortly after this time, the Lord gave us a new pastor, Gifford Dennison, who began ministering to us in October, 2008.  Due to the demolishing of some of MADEC's buildings, we moved to the Greek Community Hall in Elizabeth Ave, Mildura, (second picture).

  In November, 2014, while looking for a venue for some special meetings, we came across the Merbein Community Hub in room 2 in Main Avenue on the Calder Highway (third picture).  We enjoyed fellowship there until the Lord led our pastor on to Melbourne in 2016. 

  We decided to keep meeting together each week, while we wait on the Lord to give us a new pastor.
